Dr. Yoon was Very patient with my questions and never seemed in a hurry to be done with my appointment. I walked out feeling very well informed and cared about.

I've had such good care and success with Kerlan-Jobe for many years and would recommend them to all.

1) Too many ppl talked to me about nothing before seeing the doctor and actually start diagnostic. I've never got asked "how are you" so many times in my life. Visit was delayed and took the whole day of waiting despite I've had appointment. 2) I've asked for MRI appointment ahead of time to have images before seeing the doctor on 15 Feb 2021. By the phone they assured me that they will be able to do MRI at the same day. After doctor asked for MRI(obviously) they wasn't able to do MRI at the same day and asked me to come next day to do MRI. 3) Dr Yoon didn't have too much time to look at my knee, but was very efficient and professional. I liked that Dr Yoon has assistant who protocols our visit and I think it helps everybody a lot. I think he need more assistants(students) like that to following doctor with every patient. Dr Yoon asked for MRI to continue the diagnosis. He looked like hostage of bureaucracy system around him. I'm still waiting fro his plan what to do next with my knee.
