Dr. Wallace's research interest also includes rheumatoid arthritis—environmental risk, clinical trials, and Sjogren's syndrome—biomarkers, genetics, clinical trials. He has over 430 peer reviewed publications, has written 8 books including the principal lupus textbook, 28 book chapters and has had numerous NIH and Department of Defense grants.
